A list of films produced by the Bollywood film industry in 2011. Several commercially and critically successful films were released during the year. five films made it to the top 30 list of highest grossing hindi films at the Indian box office.

This year also saw many films released worldwide. These include some of the year’s highest-grossing films, such as Bodyguard, Ready, Ra.One, Singham, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Murder 2, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Delhi Belly, Yamala Pagla Deewana, Tanu Weds Manu and moderately successful films, such as Double Dhamaal, Thank You, F.A.L.T.U, Dhobi Ghaat, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, No One Killed Jessica, Chalo Dilli, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge, Pyar Ka Punchnama and Yeh Saali Zindagi.

Tanu Weds Manu	Tanu Weds Manu, Hindi romantic comedy film directed by Anand L. Rai, and produced by Shailesh R Singh. It stars R. Madhavan, Kangana Ranaut and Jimmy Shergill in the lead role. Tanu Weds Manu was a hit in India and received most its collections from Delhi/UP and East Punjab, total to 38.68 crore nett.
Ready	Ready, starring Salman Khan and Asin in the lead roles while Paresh Rawal, Arya Babbar and Mahesh Manjrekar in supporting roles.Ajay Devgan, Sanjay Dutt, Kangana Ranaut, Zarine Khan and Arbaaz Khan make cameo appearances. This super hit comedy is directed by Anees Bazmee and Produced by Rajat Rawail, Bhushan Kumar, Nitin Manmohan, Kishan Kumar and Sohail Khan. The film grossed 179 crore (US$34.01 million) worldwide, and managed an all-India distributor share of 64.58 crore (US$12.27 million), the third highest ever at the time of its release
Bodyguard	Bodyguard,this Hindi romantic action film directed by Siddique. The film was produced by Atul Agnihotri and features Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles. It also stars Raj Babbar, Mahesh Manjrekar and Hazel Keech in supporting roles. Bodyguard has collected 148.86 crore (US$28.28 million) in four weeks, and declared it an “all time blockbuster”.
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara	Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment. The film features Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar, Katrina Kaif, Kalki Koechlin, Ariadna Cabrol with Naseeruddin Shah in lead role. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara grossed 152 crore (US$28.88 million) worldwide, surpassing Hrithik’s Dhoom 2 in the worldwide gross, becoming the ninth highest worldwide grosser of all time for a Bollywood film.
Rockstar Movie	Rockstar , ThisHindi musical film directed by Imtiaz Ali, starring Ranbir Kapoor and debutant Nargis Fakhri, with music composed by A. R. Rahman. Eros International Ltd. co-produces the film with Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. Rockstar had grossed 15.85 crore (US$3.01 million) nett in the second week, declining by 67% and taking the two week collection totaled at 63.31 crore (US$12.03 million) nett. The film on week three managed to gross 2.96 crore (US$562,400), and hence taking three weeks collection to 66.27 crore (US$12.59 million).
Ra one	Ra.One , This Hindi science fiction superhero film written and directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film features Shahrukh Khan in dual roles, and also stars Kareena Kapoor, Armaan Verma and Arjun Rampal in the lead. According to Eros International, Ra.One grossed 240 crore (US$45.6 million) worldwide from all its versions. Box Office India declared the film a “hit” in India, and a “super hit” in the overseas market.
