The rankings on the list are based on 2 parameters: Estimated of entertainment related earnings of celebrities and estimates of their fame. The period under consideration for both was from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016.
Salman Khan tops the list for earnings whereas Virat Kohli tops the list for fame.
